It is such a pleasure to work for Saint Sophia Cathedral in its Huffington Center.

At our continental breakfast, I always include freshly baked zucchini bread with walnuts and banana bread, free of nuts!

Just a note: for the banana bread, always use well-done bananas with a deep aroma and full leavening
